In this lovely cookbook Homebaked, Hanne Risgaard, who owns Skærtoft Mill with her husband, selected its best recipes for bread and other baked goods. Everything is fully explained and supplemented with all necessary information on baking equipment, ingredients, different forms of raising funds and sourdough. Homemade tells of grain and flour – a great product that we have directly from nature – and through systematic and simple way for the best pastries.
