At the title says Jagten på den gode smag (Hunt for the finest taste) a Danish cook book presented for the large and growing demand for food quality in recent years of Denmark. It is more about consumers shopping for the everyday-life products. It is about tatse and more importantly health.

The chef Carsten Maritime and photographer Columbus Leth has been in the quest of the finest nutritions and meals, having visited some of the very best, yet small local food producers located around Denmark.
